Normally, I try to avoid leaving reviews. If I have a concern, I usually report it to the Georgia Medical Board regarding a physician or organization; we take our health very seriously. However, I haven't had major concerns until recently. I tried to let Dr. Primrose know that her nurse did not return my call after I called and left a message stating I'd coughed up blood in my mucus. I requested a call back, specifically asking if I could come in sooner than my initial appointment. Of course, I did not receive a call back, which is quite unprofessional. What is even more unprofessional is how Dr. Primrose brushed me off and stated, "The nurse no longer works with me, and if you ever see blood, go to the emergency room". My previous doctor would not have given such advice. She would have reviewed my chart and noticed that around this time every year, I have a sinus infection with similar symptoms. I would have received a personal call from the physician or her nurse. Considering the way people are dropping dead from what appears to be a simple diagnosis, I would think all physicians would take their patients' concerns more seriously. To avoid addressing the issue and hurriedly walking away with a "feel better" response is absurd. Black women have a history of their medical concerns being ignored. Please do better.

Awesome experience for 20 plus years This is the best PCP office I have ever been affiliated with as a pt and as a referring facility for my employer. Always caring and supportive!

First of all, NP Chavis is definitely a ‘keeper’. She is patient, concerned and addressed my concerns better than most doctors I have ever encountered in my 70+ years. I felt like she cared and her advice has helped me take better care of my body. I also give her an A+ in ‘bed side manner’. She is an asset to the practice.

You are just a number that they can bill your insurance. They do not care about your health

Dr . Elizabeth Olagbusi is unprofessional !!!!!!!! She overtalks and does not take the time to actually listen to what her pt is actually saying … I tried to call and leave a message for her through a Nurse line they never answer or get back to you on . I had to call the front desk multiple times just for her to even notice me attempting to contact her . I needed my Dr . Excuse extended because i was not feeling well enough to return the next day . I tried to get her to extend it when we were in person . She stated she can only give me 7 days … 7 days from Sunday is NOT FRIDAY? She never responded back to me , she sends a Nurse to call and say she will not be extending my Dr . Excuse ….. Never even asked what symptoms am i still noticing , whats going on ? NOTHING !!!!!! What kind of doctor doesnt even ask any follow up questions or anything ….0 out of 10 - DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!!!!! GET YOU A DR THAT LISTENS! …. As far as the facility , the only thing I think is crazy is the Late / No call No show policy . I understand people cant just be making appts and not showing / Late .. Yes !! PUT THEM ON NOTICE !!! Prevent them from rescheduling ; but 150$ is crazy !

Sitting in your office now for over an hour and have yet to see the PA. If I had known it would have taken this long, I would have scheduled the appointment an hour or more earlier. If we are late, we get charged. What do we get when you are?

Annalyce Bass, She was very professional.... she listened to me and seemed genuinely seemed to care about my issues. She projects that she cares about her patients and I felt like I was an individual not just another number. She is a credit to the entire practice. Its not often that you find a provider like her!

I was a patient of AIM 6 years ago and had a really bad experience. I swore I’d never go back, but due to our insurance I wasn’t left with much choice and when I found out the doctor I had a problem with 6 years ago and the office manager who didn’t help me with this horrible experience were no longer there I had to try one more time. My husband and I got Covid in June and my first experience was with Annalyce Bass and her nurse Rikki took care of us. Knowing doctors offices get busy, Annalyce didn't rush you out the door and if you got off track she’d bring you back to the issue at hand so she could have the time to better serve the reason you came in for. I was nervous going in based on my bad experience from the past, but the care and great bed side manner we received gave me hope. When you don’t feel well it’s so important to be able to trust the person with your care. Annalyce did that and more. She made sure we understood her instructions before we left and made sure all of our questions were answered. It’s obvious that she sincerely cares for her patients. She’s easy to approach, easy to talk to and most important she is professional and you feel that you can trust her with your care. Rikki her nurse instantly makes you feel at ease and her attitude is wonderful and how she cares about each patient that comes in is exceptional. You can tell she loves what she does. Annalyce and Rikki are a good team because they both provide professional care and most important they are there for the care of their patients. You’re not just another number to them and you leave feeling your voice mattered. A few months after Covid I had to go in for something I thought was Covid related and Annalyce wasn’t available so I was scheduled with NP Harpe. To her it was like I wasn’t even in the room. I was ignored, she never once looked me in the eye, she stayed on the computer with her back to me the whole time and ended up taking the easy route and pumped me up with a bunch of medications without an explanation as to what they were for. The meds didn’t even take care of my problem. I understand everyone has a bad day, but this was definitely patient neglect in so many ways. Her nurse acted like she didn’t even want to be there. Other things happened but I will address them in a private manner. Was supposed to go back to her in 10 days THAT WILL NEVER HAPPEN!!!! Ten days later I made sure Annalyce was available. It was like night and day based on the two experiences I had. Annalyce’s professionalism is outstanding. She listened to what I had to say, she looked at me while discussing my concerns the whole time. I felt like she cared why I was there and not rush me out feeling I didn’t matter. I shared how I felt about how I was feeling and needed her to understand I would do whatever it took to work with her as long as I understood why meds were given or certain treatments. She successfully addressed all of my issues at hand and I left feeling confident and comfortable and I trust her with my care. That’s so important for a patient to feel that way. AIM has a gem in Annalyce Bass and her nurse Rikki. We patients need people like them to be in the medical field. I hope this doesn’t fall on deaf ears
