Can I be seen the same day if I am sick?
Yes, our sick patients are given priority for work-in appointments that are available daily.
What are the age limits for being a patient at AIM?
We care for adults age 16 and up.
What should I bring to my appointment?
Bring a complete list of all medications including name of medication, strength of dose and how many times it is taken daily. You may bring medicine bottles if you wish. Bring your current insurance cards and a photo ID.
How early should I arrive for my appointment?
If you are a new patient, you will need to arrive 30 minutes early to complete the registration forms. Established patients should arrive 10-15 minutes early.
Who do I call when I need a prescription refill?
Call our main number and ask to speak with the phone nurse regarding a prescription refill. Be prepared to give your name, date of birth and pharmacy number as well as all information about what medicine you need refilled. Check with your pharmacy in 24 hours.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Amex, Discover, Visa and Mastercard. Self-pay options/rates are posted below.
Does AIM do female gynecological exams and PAP tests?
Yes, we do both at the annual exam for women. We recommend annual physicals for all of our patients.
